Who is eligible to join the Club?

Any GVR member who holds a regular membership card or tenant card in good standing with GVR may join the Club by paying the current membership dues. Please note: guest cards do not qualify for Club membership.

What happens if I don't pay my dues on time?

If you do not pay your dues, fees, or assessments to GVR by the due date, you will be considered delinquent and removed from the Club membership roster and website. Club dues must be paid before March 1st each year. If you miss that deadline, you will be removed from the membership roster, voting rolls, and website membership lists.

How do I renew my membership online?

Online renewal is fast, secure, and requires a credit card. Follow these steps:
1.    Click the "Renew" button. It will take you to the Pickleball Plus site at gvpc.pickleball.plus.
2.    Click the button in the top right corner that says "Click to log-in or join club."
3.    Log in with your username (email address) and password.
4.    If your membership needs to be renewed, you'll be notified. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your renewal.

Can I renew using a paper form instead of online?

Yes! You can renew by mail or in person. Here's how:
1.    Print the paper renewal form from the Club website.
2.    If you can't print it, paper copies are available at East Center and the Pickleball Complex.
3.    Drop off your completed form and payment at the Club lock box at East Center or the Pickleball Complex, or mail it to the address on the form.

How do I log in as a member?

To access member-only features:
1.    Click the "Member Login" button. This takes you to Pickleball Plus (gvpc.pickleball.plus).
2.    Click the button in the top right that says "Click to log-in or join club."
3.    Enter your username (email address) and password.
4.    Click on the Members tab.

•       Provides pickleballs for play
•       Organizes and runs Club tournaments throughout the year
•       Hosts Club parties and picnics throughout the year
•       Offers Developing Skills classes for beginning players
•       Provides coaches for Skills and Drills and ball machine training
•       Provides coaches for GVR pickleball classes
•       Offers rating evaluations for members
•       Maintains the Club website and online event sign-ups
•       Manages Club membership records and shares updates by email, bulletin boards, and sign-in boxes
•       Creates fair court schedules for all skill levels, including time for round robins, classes, lessons, and challenge courts
•       Makes sure court maintenance is handled by GVR staff or Club volunteers
•       Provides volunteers for the Southern Arizona Senior Games pickleball tournament

•       Sign-in and storage units (purchase and upkeep)

•       Club shirts and jackets (purchase and resale)
•       Website fees (WIX, domain, and Pickleball Plus)
•       The Club's share of capital improvements like shade structures, ceiling fans, bag racks, and lighting

Where can I buy Club logo shirts and jackets?

You can buy Club logo apparel from Mr./Ms. Pickleball at the Wednesday Farmers Market in the Green Valley Mall (off Esperanza Blvd). Bruce and Cindy Meekin have a wide variety of Club logo gear. If you can't make it on Wednesdays, you can also shop online at their website.
